Welcome to the VOLEMI platform ("the Platform"). By using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

This platform serves global B2B wholesale buyers, retailers, cross-border e-commerce sellers, and OEM/ODM clients. By registering or using this platform, you confirm that the business you represent has legal operating qualifications and is authorized to enter into legally binding contracts.

To access the full features of the platform, you need to register an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Protect the security of your account password and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

This platform supports multiple purchasing modes, including sample orders, retail purchases, wholesale orders, and OEM/ODM customization. All product prices are as displayed on the platform and may be adjusted based on purchase volume, market fluctuations, and exchange rate changes.

Wholesale pricing and OEM quotations are factory-direct benchmark prices. Final prices are negotiated and confirmed based on order quantity, customization requirements, and payment terms. Prices displayed on the platform do not constitute an offer; the final price shall be determined by the mutually confirmed contract or PI (Proforma Invoice).

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. Modified prices will be published on the platform. Confirmed orders will not be affected by price adjustments.

We support the following payment methods:

• T/T Wire Transfer (30% deposit upfront, 70% before shipment, or as mutually agreed)
• Letter of Credit (L/C) - for large orders
• Other mutually agreed payment methods

We offer various logistics options, including sea freight, air freight, and international courier services. Shipping costs, insurance, and customs duties shall be agreed upon by both parties in the contract. We will provide detailed packing lists and logistics tracking information prior to shipment.

Delivery lead times vary based on product type, order quantity, and production scheduling. Specific delivery dates will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by force majeure shall be resolved through mutual negotiation.

We are committed to providing products that meet quality standards. Please contact us promptly in the following situations:

• Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues (reported within 7 business days of receipt)
• Shipped products that do not match the order (verify immediately upon receipt)
• Products damaged during transit (please retain packaging and carton evidence)
• Other mutually agreed circumstances

All content on this platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, text, designs, product layouts, and website architecture, is owned by Yiwu VOLEMI Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. or used under legal authorization. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of platform content in any form without written permission is prohibited.

Design files and brand assets provided by OEM/ODM clients remain the intellectual property of the client. We are committed to properly safeguarding client intellectual property information during and after the cooperation period and shall not use or disclose it without authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOLEMI shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from the use of this platform or the purchase of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of the specific order giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability is an essential part of this agreement.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court at the registered address of Yiwu VOLEMI Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be published on the platform, and material changes will be notified via email or on-site notice.

Your continued use of this platform after changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this page for the latest terms.
